Jivora Health Text Messaging Program — Opt-In Process & Program Details

About the Jivora Health SMS Program

Jivora Health (“Jivora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a recurring text messaging program (the “Program”). The Program is used solely for events, bookings, and appointments — specifically, booking confirmations and appointment reminders for sessions you have registered for, such as Office Hours with Dr. Cory.

The Program is not used for promotional offers, marketing campaigns, or third-party content. By opting in, you agree to the terms described on this page. If you do not agree, do not opt in, or text STOP at any time to be removed.

How to Opt In (Subscribe to the Program)

Consent is collected through Jivora Health sign-up forms on jivora.co, including (but not limited to) the Office Hours registration page at jivora.co/pages/dr-cory-office-hours. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

The complete step-by-step opt-in process is as follows:

  1. Step 1 — Locate the sign-up form. Visit a Jivora Health page where SMS consent is collected. Today, this is the Office Hours registration form. Additional forms (such as the kit purchase checkout) may collect consent in the future and will follow the same disclosure requirements described here.
  2. Step 2 — Provide your contact information. Enter your name, email address, and U.S. mobile phone number into the form. Mobile phone number is required only if you wish to receive text messages.
  3. Step 3 — Review the SMS disclosure. Read the SMS disclosure block displayed directly above the consent checkbox. It identifies the sender (Jivora Health), the types of messages you'll receive, message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to get help or unsubscribe.
  4. Step 4 — Affirmatively check the SMS consent box. Check the box labeled “Yes, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Jivora Health for the purposes described above.” The box is unchecked by default; checking it constitutes your express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Jivora Health at the mobile number you provided, solely for events, bookings, and appointments.
  5. Step 5 — Submit the form. Submit the form. Shortly afterward, you'll receive a welcome text message from our toll-free number confirming your enrollment. You'll receive subsequent messages related to your scheduled session as described below.

Types of Messages You Will Receive

The Program is limited to events, bookings, and appointments. If you opt in, the messages you receive from Jivora Health will be limited to the following categories:

  • Booking confirmations: a confirmation message after you register for an event, booking, or appointment (such as Office Hours), with your session date and time.
  • Appointment reminders: a reminder approximately 24 hours before your scheduled session, and a second reminder approximately 1 hour before your session, including the link to join.
  • Booking changes: a notice if your scheduled session is rescheduled or canceled by Jivora Health.

These messages will not be used for promotional offers, marketing campaigns, or third-party content.

Sample Messages

Jivora Health: You're confirmed for Office Hours with Dr. Cory on Mon May 11 at 12:00 PM MST. We'll send your join link 1 hour before. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
Jivora Health: Reminder — your Office Hours session with Dr. Cory starts tomorrow at 12:00 PM MST. Reply STOP to cancel reminders.
Jivora Health: Your Office Hours session starts in 1 hour. Join here: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the bookings you make. For each event, booking, or appointment you register for, you can typically expect to receive approximately 2 to 4 messages (a booking confirmation, a 24-hour reminder, a 1-hour reminder, and the join link). If you register for multiple sessions, frequency will increase proportionally.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Jivora Health does not charge a fee to participate in the Program, but standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Get Help

For help or information about the Program at any time, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a response with contact information and instructions. You may also contact us directly:

How to Opt Out (Unsubscribe)

You can cancel your subscription to the Program at any time. To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply with any of the following keywords: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
