As a health-focused platform, we collect Sensitive Personal Information (SPI):

Sovereign Ecosystem: Limited data sharing between Jivora affiliates (e.g., Zenmen Health) to ensure a seamless wellness experience across our brands.

5. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
We implement a "Defense in Depth" strategy to protect your information.

Clinical Retention: Health and lab records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with HIPAA and medical record laws.

7. AUTHORIZATION FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING
By engaging with Jivora’s diagnostic services, you provide the following explicit authorizations:

Consent to Test: You voluntarily authorize CWI Physician Partners to order and review diagnostic screenings on your behalf.

International Transfer: You acknowledge that specimens may be processed in laboratories outside your home jurisdiction, provided equivalent data protections are in place.

No Physician-Patient Relationship: You understand that Jivora’s automated insights and CWI’s diagnostic authorizations are for informational and diagnostic assistance only and do not constitute primary medical treatment.

Communication: You authorize Jivora to contact you via encrypted text or email regarding your results.
