Recommended Usage

• Pectasol (Modified Citrus Pectin Capsules): Take 6 capsules twice daily on an empty stomach (30 minutes before or 2 hours after food). For maintenance, 6 capsules once daily may be sufficient.

• S-Acetyl Glutathione: Take 1–2 capsules one to two times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Best taken on an empty stomach or before a meal.

• 5-Defenders (Mushroom Blend): Take 2 capsules daily. Can be taken with or without food.

• Cytokine Balance: Take 1–2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal to enhance the absorption of turmeric and other botanical extracts.

• BiofilmX: Take 1 capsule three times daily, 30–60 minutes before meals on an empty stomach to ensure systemic enzyme activity is directed toward biofilms rather than digestion.
